Key Dates for Show Participants:
- Wednesday, April 23rd – Call to Entry – Opens
- Monday, June 23rd – Call to Entry – Closes at midnight
- Friday, July 25th – Jury notifications sent by email
- Friday, August 22nd – “Received by” deadline for artwork shipped by Colorado artists who live outside of the Denver Metro area.
- Sunday, September 7th – Delivery of accepted artwork to the Depot Art Gallery from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. for all artists who reside in the Denver Metro area. Art must be hand delivered. No exceptions. Depot Art Gallery phone: 303-795-0781
- Tuesday, September 9th – Show opens at the Depot Art Gallery at 11:00 a.m.
- Saturday, September 13th – Reception 5:30 – 7:30 pm at the Depot gallery
- Saturday, October 11th – Exhibit Closes at 4 p.m.
- Sunday, October 12th – Pick up of unsold artwork 12 – 4 p.m. If you are not available to pick up your work, you must make arrangements for someone to do so for you. The Gallery does not have storage space. Artwork must not be left at the Depot Art Gallery.
- For the artists who shipped their artwork and if it’s not sold, it will be mailed back within a week.
