Born and raised in the Southern United States, I relocated to Colorado and the American West in 1986, where I found a vibrant and inspiring art community that helped shape my creative path.
I have loved colors, painting, and drawing since pre-school. Back in the days of phone books, I would doodle all over them while chatting on the phone. Yes, it drove my mother crazy.
Moving to Colorado and the strong art community, gave me the opportunity to grow and develop with my art. Art is an amazing gift to have and I am thankful every day that I am on an art journey.
